Entries must be postmarked by Date on Entry Form. (USPS Certificate of Mailingrecommended.    No metered, registered, or certified mail accepted.)
Late entries will be returned unopened. NO EXCEPTIONS
 If you are mailing your entry on the deadline date, please make sure that you get a "proof of mailing" and request that the post office stamp your envelope.  Do  not assume that if you drop it in a box that it will get postmarked that day.  If your entry is NOT postmarked on the date due (or before) your entry will be considered late and you will NOT be allowed to rodeo.
 
STALLING & CAMPING:  You need to complete the form attached and send the money due to me.  I need to let the fairgrounds know how many horses and camping reservations we will have.
