    LATE CHECK IN:

Contestants MUST contact the district rodeo secretary if they cannot make the rodeo check in time. This information is in your policy manual provided to you in your binder at the beginning of the season.  Please read and know your rules.

DO NOT call another contestant.  If you DO NOT contact the Rodeo Secretary you will be considered a Turn Out.

    Jeanne Reyes – Rodeo Secretary – 1.661.916.5168

    GRADES:

A scheduled school computer generated report with school seal must be sent to the district Membership Secretary as they are issued.  Contestant eligibility is determined by the most recent grading period report that ends on or before the Rodeo Entry closing date. All members must continue to send copies of report cards at the end of each grading period.  A grading period is defined as a minimum of five weeks and is sent to all students with all class grades.  If you are enrolled in a charter or home school program or any other institute that does not issue grading periods on a regular basis, you must have a Mid Term Grading Report complete with a school seal and signature every five weeks of education (download form below).  It is each contestants responsibility to ensure that the membership secretary has a current grading report on file.  If there are not current grades on file, the contestant will not be in good standing and therefore will not be eligible to compete.  Any member caught falsifying report cards or entry forms or cheating or attempting to cheat shall be suspended for the balance of the rodeo year/season.
